The Alternative Cultural Youth Association of Balmazújváros Sub region (BAKI Association) had realized the project TÁMOP-1.4.1-12/1-2013-0296 between 01 March 2014 and 30 April 2015. "Strengthening the capacity of BAKI Association" project was realized under the component of the Social Renewal Operational Program TÁMOP 1.4.1-12 / 1 - supporting the employment of disadvantaged target groups by strengthening the capacity of non-profit organizations, from 14 234 608 HUF non-repayable EU funds.

The aim of the support was to help three young school-leavers to have work experience, as well as developing the BAKI Association as non-governmental organizations and enhance its service capabilities. The support helped to strengthen the internal capacity of the organization, improved the quality of services provided by the organization and the association adapted more to the changing social and economic conditions.
